Saturday, May 16 3:00-6:00pm Scrabble Challenge! WOW, I graciously gave away FIVE drinks last month. (this means five great players outscored me) I cannot continue to be this gracious! I am up to the challenge – are you?
Saturday, May 16 6:30-9:00pm OPEN MIC! Brendon Bassett will again host this fun-filled evening. Those that witnessed my first stand-up last month have asked me to do some “stand-down”! I will oblige. Come anyway to share your talents or to watch the many talents of this community.
Tuesday, May 19 8:00-10:00pm Mayor Ferguson’s VICTORY PARTY. Come watch the election results live and congratulate Mayor Ferguson on his outstanding victory.
Wednesday, May 20 6:00-9:00 BACKGAMMON – mini tournament. Bring your board and your luck (some skill required) Winner gets bragging rights.
Thursday, May 21 7:00-9:00pm Socrates Cafe. Share your intellect with others. Discuss the question of the day.
Saturday, May 30 3:00-6:00 Scrabble Challenge! By popular demand and in an effort to redeem myself, we are having a second scrabble challenge in May. Who knows, I may win both challenges.
